Broker's Comments
Hull #109 was one of the last Jensen 30's built before they evolved into the more well known Cal 30's. The yacht has great headroom and would make a comfortable live aboard having two large double berths. The yacht was hauled in 2006 and was found to be free of any blistering. With pristine sails including a 150 genoa and rigging that has been professionally inspected and maintained this yacht would make a great acquisition at such a fair price. The boat is stacked with extra inventory including a dinghy / outboard. Uniquely for this area a fixed mooring in beautiful Trellis Bay is included as part of the package.
