Broker's Comments

What an incredibly impressive boat!

She has been used for accommodation afloat for some time and her interior is light, bright and inviting - fabulous views from many windows really make you feel special.

She has acres of space on her upper deck, plenty of room for lounging or entertaining with friends, family or business associates and this is only enhanced by her huge, uncluttered and spacious fly bridge area, with areas for a jet ski and dinghy.

Down below, three very large cabins and a single cabin allow lots of sleeping space and each cabin has access to its own en suite.

All in all, she's an amazing looking and an amazing feeling boat - she needs plenty of work if you want to recreate her original impact, though if you don't, she could provide amazing accommodation afloat, for a maximum of 40 nights per year each year - she may stay at her current berth with marina agreement. Airbnb and living on board is strictly prohibited.

Her engines are presently an unknown quantity, though appear complete and intact - to be confirmed. Work is starting to ascertain their condition, beginning with turning them by battery to check for free movement.

This vessel cannot be lifted from the water for survey, as she is too large for the local lift. It may be possible to dry dock her at Shoreham Port.
