Boatshed Hamble are pleased to present this 21 metre Dutch Tjalk barge for sale. This Tjalk barge offers year-round habitation with a residential mooring which can be transferred via separate negotiation.
It comes equipped with a wood burning stove and diesel heating to ensure a comfortable temperature in all seasons.
This vessel has been stripped out by the present owners and so really is a blank canvas for a new owner to build out. The present owner does have architect renders/designs for what he planned to do with her and can make these available.
