Broker's Comments

The Ocqueteau 645 boat is an ideal small family cruiser with the additional space provided by the wheelhouse and cockpit areas.

This boat appears to have been very well cared for and maintained over the years by her current and previous owners which is reflected in the clean white hull and overall condition of the boat.

The powerful Nanni 115hp Diesel engine makes her a fast, nippy cruiser, perfect for a fishing trip along with equipment being able to be stored in the two lockers. These engines have a great reputation at being reliable and economical to run.

The engine, although fast, remains very economical, important in this current climate for any boat owner.

This boat has an extensive list of invoices detailing the boat's annual engine and maintenance schedule over the years.

An early viewing is highly recommended.

The vendor of this boat also owns a deep-water mooring in the Exeter area which is available subject to prior negotiation.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
