Broker's Comments
This 2003 semi trad narrowboat was built by Caulden Boatbuilders and fitted out and sold by Midway Boats of Nantwich. The boat was last blacked in 2021 so is due for blacking.
The hull should polish up nicely with a buffer and the cockpit tent could do with a professional clean and treatment. Other than that she is a nice little boat and being mainly light wood fit out inside she could easily be painted in a different colour based on a buyer's preferences.
As you come down the rear companionway you have a small cupboard on your left housing the electric panel, 240 panel and a small 400 inverter. There is also a blue solar controller mounted on the exterior cupboard wall. There is a small double bed with under bed storage, wall lamps fitted above the bed and a radiator.
Next you come to the good size shower room with a smart looking Thetford cassette toilet, vanity unit with washbasin and a small bath/shower with seating on the side.
The galley is a good size with decent worktop and storage space as well as a drop down small breakfast bar/extra worktop. There is a stainless steel sink/drainer, a fridge with small freezer and a full size cooker and a second radiator.
The saloon has two long upholstered bench seats that also turn into another double bed. Then you have access out into the cratch area.
