Broker's Comments

Here is a truly unique offering. This a classic wooden boat built in Seattle by a respected builder. It is in original condition except for the updated systems as well as the newer engine. The condition and appearance of the wood appears as "new."

The interior still maintains the wonderful aroma of wood and varnish. The surfaces show the deep gloss of well-cared-for varnish. There are so many features present in this 28' package it bears serious consideration for a variety of uses. Day cruises around the lake, enjoying the sun from the fly bridge, overnight trips to the San Juans and more. The full enclosure for the aft cockpit provides rainy day protection.

A viewing of this vessel will be a pleasurable experience. This boat appears to have been kept under cover for a very long time. It shows no ill affects from exposure to the sun or rain.
