Broker's Comments

This is another stunning build by the talented Jazzymaid team with their unique design ideas.

The cockpit has a lovely pram hood in black and there are lockers on either side of the companionway.

Entering through the rear companionway you arrive in the beautiful kitchen with plenty of smart, modern high gloss white units offering plenty of storage space, solid wood walnut varnished worktops , 3 burner range hob, oven & grill, combi microwave oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel sink with instant boiling water tap and a large solid wood breakfast bar with 3 striking breakfast bar stools upholstered with cream quilting.

The saloon area is classy with the perfect blend of stylish modern furniture, carpets, laminate flooring and soft furnishings. The centrepiece is a striking Morso Multi Fuel Burner and there is a good size sleek radiator and 4K ready 65in TV. There is LED ambient moody lighting running down and under the gunnels and there is also a white high gloss head lining with a silver pin stripe inlay, running throughout the boat.

Further down you come to the stunning shower room with built in walnut high gloss vanity units, full size heated towel rail, two large white porcelain contemporary wash basins, a large double shower and electric toilet. The tiles are absolutely gorgeous!!

Finally you reach the master bedroom with a large built in double wardrobe with mirrors on each, radiator, 2 x freestanding drawer units and access and views to the bow of the boat. The boat has unique walnut laminate paneling throughout and there are the usual opening port hole windows with closing privacy mirrors which these builders use.

Please Note: The sofa, armchair and double bed with built in TV is not included at £139,000 but could be available by separate negotiation if required.

The boat is now in the water in Manchester.
