Freycinet barge presently certified and used for charter. Can be used as a cruising charter vessel or static Gite Airbnb business. Access is from the deck via a spiral staircase directly into the dining area which also serves as reception. The galley is basic as only breakfasts are prepared and served by the present operators. Forward of this area is a small lounge and then four cabins accessed via a corridor to port. All cabins have a double bed 1.9m x 1.2m a desk and ensuite shower and WC. At the fore end of the corridor is a reading room and stairs up to the deck terrace. Forward of this and through a watertight door is the old boathands cabin now fitted with two bunk beds and a heads this is ideal for crew quarters.
There is over 2m headroom throughout the public spaces. To the rear of the wheelhouse is the original boatmans cabin which can be used by owners or crew or can be used as a further room to rent. This is a self-contained unit with small galley (electric twin hob induction cooker fridge microwave and double sink unit.) Hot water and central heating from a diesel boiler running on red diesel. Note that the hot water in the boatmans cabin is by separate electric heater.
