Broker's Comments

On inspection this charming barge appears to be in good condition and ideal for a couple looking to spend hazy days cruising or living aboard.

On deck she has been well maintained. The woodwork is in really nice condition and the cockpit area offers plenty of space. In my opinion the leeboards do need a little TLC and would benefit from being sanded back and re coated.

Internally she is clean, tidy and offers a great deal of living accommodation. The galley and saloon are both spacious and there is plenty of room to create a comfy seating area. The saloon also has a wood burning stove which is perfect for keeping warm during the colder months.

Beyond the forward cabin there is a further storage room that can also be accessed by a hatch in the foredeck and offers plenty of space to store sailing equipment plus personal possessions.

In terms of mooring the current owners have confirmed the new owner can keep her on the current mooring until March 2023, at which point she would need to be moved.

(Please ignore the toilet in the cockpit, this is simply being stored and will be removed shortly).
